My experience at the Surestay Hotel By Best Western Terrell was shocking. The room was in terrible condition. the door barely locked, and there was visible dirt on the floors. To make matters worse, the fridge didn’t cool at all, and the shower couldn’t maintain temperature, leading to an incredibly unsatisfying stay.
